Palm Beach Hotel – Hotel near airport in Dubai

I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff was very kind. I only wish they had a refrigerator in the room. The location is great, just a short walk to the bus and metro stations. The dining options were good with something for everyone, but the service could have been more helpful.

I booked a room via Make My Trip and despite being affordably priced, it lacked basic amenities like coffee, water, and tea, adding a bit of inconvenience to my late check-in experience. However, the service was truly impressive and respectful, although there was a need to intervene with some other guests. The central location was convenient for exploring, but there were slight disturbances near the disco and an encounter by the elevator. The dining experience, included in the room rate, was below expectations with limited options.
